What type of information we collect:

E-mail address, telephone numbers and any personal details you have voluntarily disclosed in a contact form or questionnaire.

How we get it and why we have it:

The information will be collected in your contract of services and in our e-mail correspondence. We also may receive personal information indirectly, such as a referral from someone to whom you have given consent.

  • We have a contractual obligation

What we do with the information we have:

The information will be used so that we can contact you to delivery our service.

How we store your information:

Your information is securely stored in our online files and e-mail systems. We keep your personal information for the duration of our consultation and ceremony design and then for the 12 months following the delivery of the ceremony. We will then dispose of your personal information by anonymising our records

Under data protection law, you have the following rights

  • Your right of access - you can ask for copies of your personal information

  • Your right of rectification - you can ask us to rectify or complete information which you think is inaccurate

  • Your right to erasure - in certain circumstances you can ask us to erase your personal information

  • Your right to data portability - in certain circumstances you can ask that we transfer the information you have given us to another organisation

You are not required to pay for exercising your rights, and if you make a request, we have a month to respond.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unable with how we have used your data.
